General Thomas Stafford Air & Space Museum 

The museum ranks among the elite air and space museums.  The mission is to stimulate public interest in aviation and space exploration by providing information, exhibits and experiences that reflect the history of space and flight.

MA+ Architecture was asked to design a cost effective addition to an existing facility.  The 6,000 square foot addition gives the facility a new presence.  The project consists of a new lobby and entrance, exhibit area, catering kitchen, gift shop, restrooms and fire and life safety upgrades.  The project was completed in 2004.
