House Chamber Restoration

The dramatic transformation of the venerable Chamber is the most recently completed historic preservation project at the Oklahoma State Capitol. The $1,000,000 restoration of the House Chamber includes recreation of the massive stained glass panels, an elaborate paint scheme based upon the historical evidence, new custom designed carpet, furniture, lighting and electrical upgrades and the addition of a fire sprinkler system.
