This renovation and addition project consists of renovating over 54,000 SF of the campus’ existing main building, a new 55,540 SF addition, a new 7,200 SF maintenance building, and a new 75 space parking area. The new building design will not only support the campus’ extensive health programs, but also expand the common areas of the campus. Located in the center of the building is a 1,494 SF kitchen and serving line with an attached 3,525 SF common area. At the South end of the building, a seminar center doubles as a storm shelter and includes a 742 SF catering kitchen for use during special events. CV Tech’s Cowan campus in Yukon hosts health profession programs that include Bio-Med, Nursing, Surgery Technology, Dental, and many more.
