These $17 million projects consist of remodeling 143,000 square feet of existing dormitories into a state-of-the-art office space for the new home of the Oklahoma College of Continuing Education and general office space at the University of Oklahoma. Included in the projects are all new mechanical and electrical systems, new elevators, ADA upgrades and life safety upgrades, which includes a new fire sprinkler system. Cross Center C was completed January 2009, Cate Center 4 was completed June 2009, Cate Center 1 was completed August 2012, and Cate Center 2 was completed June 2016.
