MA+ was hired to do the difficult task of designing and coordinating construction of a 58,000 SF second story addition atop an existing classroom building. To add to that already complex undertaking, the existing facility needed to remain fully operational during construction. Including the new second story addition, the middle school now includes over 221,000 SF and will serve over 2,000 students. The project added 30 new classrooms, including 6 new science classrooms, administration, restrooms and student collaboration space.
