For this project, we remodeled the existing 36,291 square-foot 1950's facility. That included upgrading the electrical and mechanical systems, bringing the building up to current building code, and adding additional space to accommodate the College's education requirements. The exterior was remodeled into a stylized version of the University of Oklahoma's Cherokee Gothic architecture, which allowed the existing building to tie into the new addition and the surrounding building facades.
