Deer Creek Public Schools Bond Projects

MA+ Architecture led the bond planning and architectural design for Deer Creek Public School's 2016 bond projects.The $162 million bond issue passed overwhelmingly and design has begun on all projects. The projects include:
    
· Two New Elementary Schools (which were later combined into a single Fourth & Fifth Grade Center) 
· 53,000 SF Middle School Addition
· New Pom, Cheer, and Wrestling Rooms that double as a Storm Shelters for the High School
· Band and Drama Room Addition
· Elementary School Security Upgrades
· Deer Creek Elementary Classroom and Storm Shelter Addition
· Prairie Vale Elementary Classroom and Storm Shelter Addition

The projects are being built with a construction manager and all projects will be completed in multiple phases to allow for competitive bidding and phasing to take place. Projects will be completed in a coordinated schedule that the district has approved over the 2017-2020 school years.
