MA+ Internship Program: Crafting Careers in Architecture and Design

Our most recent Architectural Intern, Adaly, reached out via email, sharing her portfolio and resume with us, which ultimately led to an interview. Though her talent was evident in her resume and portfolio, the interview process was where she was able to let her personality and passion for architecture shine.

Fostering long-term relationships with our interns is important at MA+, and many have transitioned into valued full-time team members. Madison, who started as an intern and is now a Registered Commercial Interior Designer, has been with MA+ for three years. She interned with us in 2021 and “fell in love”. Madison just recently passed all the NCIDQ exams and became a licensed Interior Designer in the state of Oklahoma. Her journey exemplifies the potential for growth and advancement within our firm. As an intern at MA+, you're not just here for a short stint; you're here to build a meaningful career.
