Marketing Coordinator
Full-time: 40 hrs/wk
Location: In office (OKC office located on Classen Blvd.)
The role.
You will be pivotal in supporting our marketing efforts internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital and print collateral, and coordinating promotional events. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you’ll contribute to creating compelling content for various platforms, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. Your role involves market research to identify trends and opportunities, assisting in proposal preparation, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. With an eye for detail, you’ll ensure brand consistency across all channels.
This dynamic in-house position requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of professional experience in marketing. Bonus points if that experience was within the AEC industry.
Additional Requirements.
- Strong creative abilities and proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Experience using the following social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
