Marketing Coordinator

Full-time: 40 hrs/wk

Location: In office (OKC office located on Classen Blvd.)
 

The role.

You will be pivotal in supporting our marketing efforts internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital and print collateral, and coordinating promotional events. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you’ll contribute to creating compelling content for various platforms, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. Your role involves market research to identify trends and opportunities, assisting in proposal preparation, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. With an eye for detail, you’ll ensure brand consistency across all channels.

 

This dynamic in-house position requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

 

Education and Experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 3 or more years of professional experience in marketing. Bonus points if that experience was within the AEC industry.

 

Additional Requirements.

- Strong creative abilities and proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

- Experience using the following social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Marketing Intern

Flexible hours: up to 40 hrs/wk

The role.

As a Marketing Intern with a focus on social media, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting various marketing initiatives. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while contributing to the growth and success of our company. With an eye for detail, you’ll ensure brand consistency across all channels.

This position is tasked with creating engaging content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will learn how to monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. This role collaborates with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.​ They will also help assist with other marketing initiatives as needed, including proposal development, print marketing projects, and website maintenance.

 

This dynamic in-house position requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

 

Education and Experience.

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Preferably an upcoming junior or senior

- At least 18 years old

 

Additional Requirements.

- Strong desire to learn Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

- At least some experience using the following social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
