The role: Full-time: 40 hrs/wk Location: In office MA+ Architecture, a leading Architecture and Interior Design firm in Oklahoma, is seeking a full-time Project Architect to work with members of its Architecture and Interior Design Team. Applicant must be proficient in latest Revit software, Bluebeam, MS Office, and MS Teams. This role requires strong management skills, ability to work in a team environment, work closely with clients, and the ability to execute commercial architecture projects from schematic design through construction documents. Responsibilities include create and/or lead junior staff’s documentation efforts in the preparation of deliverables for all project phases, assist and collaborate with project design team with the management of design intent, overall scope, budget, and schedule of project, and proactively coordinate with contractors, fabricators, manufacturers, consultants etc. - Salaried with Benefits (PTO, Retirement Program, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance) Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or greater from an accredited university - Professionally licensed Architect in the State of Oklahoma - Minimum 3 years of experience Additional Requirements: - Ability to manage multiple commercial design projects - Extensive knowledge of architectural specifications and ability to read drafted drawing sets

This role requires strong organization and management skills, able to work individually or in a team environment. Responsibilities include assist project design team with the management of design intent, overall scope, budget, and schedule of project, meet with client on regular basis to establish project scope and budget, review and make recommendations on changes, invoices and pay applications, and proactively coordinate with general contractors, fabricators, manufacturers, consultants etc. - Salaried with Benefits (PTO, Retirement Program, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance) Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree or greater from an accredited Architectural College - Minimum 2 years of experience Additional Requirements: - Ability to manage commercial design projects - Knowledge of architectural specifications and ability to read drafted drawing sets

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Business Manager with bookkeeping tasks, project invoicing and implementing contracts, support the onboarding process for new employees, and maintain accounts payable/receivable.. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you’ll contribute to the management of retirement programs & health, dental, and vision insurance. Your role involves contributing to projects and initiatives as assigned by the Business Manager. With an knack for organization, you will help manage multiple segments of the business. This dynamic in-house position requires an organized mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
