These $16 million projects consist of remodeling 100,000 square feet of the existing dormitories into state of the art office space for the new home of the Oklahoma College of Continuing Education and general office space at the University of Oklahoma. Included in the projects are all new mechanical and electrical systems, new elevators, ADA upgrades, including a new fire sprinkler system. Cross Center C was completed in January of 2009, Cate Center 4 was completed in June 2011, Cate Center 1 was completed in August of 2012 and Cate Center 2 was completed in July 2016.
