MA+ was given the exciting opportunity to design and coordinate the construction of a new second story addition on top of an existing classroom building. While this was a complex undertaking, MA+ rose to the challenge and ensured that the existing facility remained fully operational during construction. The end result was a stunning 58,000-square-foot addition, bringing the total middle school size to over 221,000 square feet, providing more than enough space for over 2,000 students. The addition included 30 new classrooms, including six new science classrooms, as well as administration offices, restrooms, and a student collaboration space.
