Designed to replace the current 1970s-era facility, MA+ Architecture is bringing the new Fire Station 10 to life with a focus on modern functionality and firefighter health. The station includes thoughtfully planned living quarters, a kitchen, workout room, individual sleeping spaces, and separate restrooms with flexible locker room spaces that allow for differing gender compositions that can change with the shifts. The design also incorporates ICC-500 rated storm shelter provisions and adheres to the latest design standards to prioritize safety and wellness. This new station is a resilient, future-ready home base built to support those who protect the community every day.
