MA+ Architecture has a long-standing relationship with Seminole State College and was asked to design a new building for their growing campus. Named after Seminole resident and Senator Dan Boren and his wife Andrea, the building features a museum full of memorabilia from the senator's career, along with offices and meeting rooms for the campus. Additionally, a basement-level safe room was included to FEMA standards, capable of holding over 500 people.
